Tasting 1,2: Bo Kho Ganh: Begin your tour at Bo Kho Ganh, famous for its beef stew, beef stew, served in a stone bowl (#1). You can pair it with bread, noodles, or rice. The broth is sweet and flavorful, with a rich, meaty taste. Feel free to add condiments and sauces to your liking. #2. Your first taste of Saigon's delights includes a soothing cold Jasmine tea.
Tasting 3,4,5: Opened in 1975, Hong Phat restaurant on Vo Van Tan Street in District 3 is a beloved spot for generations of Saigon diners.
